Choteau Activities was established in 1976
and is located in beautiful Choteau, Montana.
We are a small, private, non-profit corporation
committed to providing quality services to adults
with developmental disabilities. Our organization
proudly provides the following services to
our consumers:

• Work activity center/day program
• Community home, transitional living
   and independent living
• Transportation

We contract with the Developmental Disabilities
Program through the Department of Public Health
and Human Services.

Our goal is to promote choice and independence
for each of our consumers by nurturing growth in
health, safety, finance, social interactions and
employment opportunities.
